How to set up a Wholesale Account

Placing Wholesale Orders Online:

To place Partner orders online, you need to set up a Wholesale Account. Once your wholesale account is established you will receive an e-mail notification granting your company full access to our web store, including on-line ordering! Your web account can usually be established within a single business day.

Setting Up Your Account:

Follow the steps below to set up your new account with us and place your first order. We encourage you to call us at (513) 405-8789, and we will gladly help with any part of the process.

To set up an account, you will be asked for your business information and Tax Identification Number. You can submit this information in three ways:

  1. Sign up online. This gives you the benefit of ordering any way you choose – online or by phone - with just a single online form. If you sign up online, your new account can typically be approved within a single business day.
  2. Call us at (513) 405-8789 and set up your account over the phone. You can place your first order in the same call!
  3. Submit your business information and Tax ID Number by mail.

 If your company is located in Ohio, you will also need to complete the Ohio Resale Certificate. You can email it to vsotack@hopechestkeepsakes.com or mail it to us at P.O. Box 1294, Mason, OH 45040.

 

Minimum Order to Set Up an Account:

A $100 minimum is required on partner orders.

What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we guarantee the quality of all our jewelry. If any item in your order does not meet our high quality standards, returns are easy. We will be happy to replace the defective item or refund your purchase price within 30 days of your order.

For Partnership Program participants, please first call us at (513) 405-8789 to get a Return Authorization Number. A Return Authorization Number is required for all Partner returns. This helps us process your return and identify any problems so that we can correct them on future orders.

Next, all customers may simply return any defective items back to us along with a copy of your original invoice. Returns should be made within 30 days.

Every Internet order you place with us will be charged a sales tax of 6.25%, applied to the amount of the order. This tax rate is based upon the rate our shop is charged, regardless of the destination of your order.

The US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) requires that jewelry sold in the United States may not be considered sterling silver unless it contains at least 92.5 % pure silver; It should also be stamped as such, with a stamp of 925. The remaining 7.5 percent is often made of copper or may be a mixture of other alloys.

Caring for Sterling Silver Jewelry

Sterling silver jewelry is best kept in tarnish-resistant silver cloths, or bags, and in a cool dry place. Airtight storage is helpful to reduce tarnishing tendencies, as well. If left in the open, sterling will develop a natural patina. Some prefer the darkened look, but if you prefer the bright silver look, simply wipe the piece with a silver polishing cloth to restore its luster.

Cleaning Your Sterling Silver Jewelry

The most effective way to clean sterling silver is to use a silver polishing cloth. Avoid all abrasive cleaners, (such as toothpaste) as silver is soft and may scratch. Most liquid silver cleaners may reduce the luster of the piece in time, especially if the sterling is rhodium-plated.
