- Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days.
- Need your jewelry even faster? During most of the year, we guarantee 1-day day shipping for all Priority Overnight orders placed before noon eastern standard time.
- All orders are shipped by USPS, UPS or FedEx. Our flat rate shipping options are affordable and convenient. You have the option of paying the same low rate regardless of the size or weight of your order, or for small orders, First Class Mail options are available. Orders over $1,000 ship free via UPS 2nd Day Air as part of our volume discount offer.
- Orders placed outside business hours are received when our offices open. (For example, orders placed online Monday evening after 5:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time will be received Tuesday morning — Priority Overnight orders will ship same-day that Tuesday, and all other orders will typically ship by Wednesday.)

Canadian Orders:
We ship to locations throughout the United States (including U.S. territories) and Canada. If you are importing our merchandise into Canada, please note that Canadian duties and taxes will be due upon delivery of goods. This is in addition to the amount you pay to The Hope Chest at the time of your purchase. Your flat rate shipping charge includes customs brokerage through UPS, but additional UPS fees may apply to some orders.
