All prices on The Hope Chest website are based on the current silver market and are shown at retail prices, unless logged into the wholesale feature of our website. Prices will change as the market experiences significant changes.

Payment Methods:

You may submit payment via your PayPal account directly, or simply through PayPal as a “pass through” with any major credit card – Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, or American Express.

Volume Discounts:

Orders over $500 receive 10% off and FREE UPS ground shipping.
Orders over $1000 receive 15% off and FREE 2-day UPS air shipping.

Shipping Policy | Return Policy

Shipping Options:

  • Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days.
  • Need your jewelry even faster? During most of the year, we guarantee 1-day day shipping for all Priority Overnight orders placed before noon eastern standard time.
  • All orders are shipped by USPS, UPS or FedEx. Our flat rate shipping options are affordable and convenient. You have the option of paying the same low rate regardless of the size or weight of your order, or for small orders, First Class Mail options are available.  Orders over $1,000 ship free via UPS 2nd Day Air as part of our volume discount offer.
  • Orders placed outside business hours are received when our offices open. (For example, orders placed online Monday evening after 5:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time will be received Tuesday morning — Priority Overnight orders will ship same-day that Tuesday, and all other orders will typically ship by Wednesday.)

Canadian Orders:

We ship to locations throughout the United States (including U.S. territories) and Canada. If you are importing our merchandise into Canada, please note that Canadian duties and taxes will be due upon delivery of goods. This is in addition to the amount you pay to The Hope Chest at the time of your purchase. Your flat rate shipping charge includes customs brokerage through UPS, but additional UPS fees may apply to some orders.

 

Our Return Policy:

Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we guarantee the quality of all our jewelry. If any item in your order does not meet our high quality standards, returns are easy. We will be happy to replace the defective item or refund your purchase price within 30 days of your order.

For Partnership Program participants, please first call us at (513) 405-8789 to get a Return Authorization Number. A Return Authorization Number is required for all Partner returns. This helps us process your return and identify any problems so that we can correct them on future orders.

Next, all customers may simply return any defective items back to us along with a copy of your original invoice. Returns should be made within 30 days.
